"Go ahead, make my day!"

I am so sick and tired of the trashy people that come into my place of work and end up threanting me. One would think that if you are in need of employment and I am technically your employer, you would treat me with respect and put your best foot forward. Apparently the rules are different for these assholes on the West side. I get that it is a rough side of town, but the rules for employment are the same regardless. Obviously I am not going to place someone that has an attitude from the minute they walk in to clients that I have to impress. What doesnt make sense about this? My patience is GONE!!!!!!!!!! When I first started this job, even though there have always been frustrations, I always felt good about the fact that I could find jobs for people that really have such a lack of skill set that they will not be hired anywhere other than a fast food place or in the industrial field. 7 months later this is how I feel. Fuck you! Fuck you and your half baked excuses about why you can't get to work and that your baby's daddy didnt pay his support. That's not really my problem is it? If these people knew how to keep their legs shut they wouldnt have 9 kids to support on 8.00 an hour. Its called birth control people. Planned Parenthood gives it out for free if you don't have the funds so its really not that hard to get. I just have zero sympathy left. It is truly amazing to me on a daily basis how many people "apply" for work but actually never apply themselves to the work. Hmmm...is it the check that comes in the mail every month that my hard earned money goes toward that keeps you hitting the snooze button instead of getting your ass out of bed for work. I believe that it is. Laziness is as laziness does and I spit in the face of it. I have worked HARD since the day I turned 16, I grew up in an abusive household too but do you see me using that as an excuse. No! I didnt use that as an excuse to get pregnant when i was 16 because I didnt have a good example. Instead I went to college which by the way at 30 I am still paying back and probably will for years to come. I made something of myself. Yes I am sure in a lot of ways I am nowhere near where I thought I would be and obviously I have yet to land my dream job. However, I guarantee this...When I do apply to another company, I will not walk in there yelling and screaming because I think somebody owes me something. Unfortunately what a lot of these people don't realize is that they are their own worst enemy and until they get their heads out of their ass, their life will remain the same struggle it has been all along. My job is to help and if you treat me right that is what I am there for. If you don't, than go ahead and make my day because I DON'T CARE ANYMORE!
